Paired with Corner Boxing Trackers, the boxing app will display your punch combinations, speed and power of the punches you throw. You’ll also get a KO Score which is a great way to track workrate per session. You’ll receive between 1-10 KO Points for each punch, with 10 KO Points being equivalent to a heavyweight knockout punch. Track your progress and compare sessions periodically. You can also subscribe within the Corner Boxing App for Corner On Demand, a library of boxing tutorials and structured sessions.
